Data we collect
1.1 — Newsletter
Burcht ter Cleeff sends newsletters by email — both informational and with current news about the playground. Your first name, surname and email address are collected via the sign-up form on the website. You can also sign up in person or in writing.
1.2 — Membership & contact
When you sign up as a member, your name, email address, address and possibly IBAN bank account number are collected. This can be done via the website or via a paper form with the caretaker. When you contact us by email, the data you send (such as name and email address) is stored on our mail server.
Purpose & retention
The Burcht ter Cleeff website does not collect tracking or analytics cookies to measure website visits.
Data you provide when signing up is kept for as long as needed to run the activities — and never longer than legally required. Your name, email address, address and any IBAN are stored in Supabase as long as you are an active member. On cancellation your data is deleted.
Your email address and name are also stored in our newsletter system (MailerLite) indefinitely. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every newsletter, or by emailing penningmeester@burchttercleeff.nl. Email messages via our mail server are kept for a maximum of two years.
